What is a Letter Code from The Pensions Regulator?

Every company in the UK has to offer employees a workplace pension. In order to be compliant certain activities have to be performed with The Pensions Regulator. The Pensions Regulator give every company a unique Letter Code which needs to be quoted every time a company performs any of these activities.

A company’s Letter Code is  made up of 10 digits and will appear on any and all  correspondence from The Pensions Regulator regarding automatic enrolment.

If you can’t find any letters or didn’t take note of your Letter Code, don’t worry. You’ll be able to find it here, using your PAYE Reference Number and your Accounts Office Reference number.
