If you have been sent an email saying you’ve been paid or that your company or agency have run payroll and your payslip is available to view online – but you can’t see it in your Paycircle account. There could be a couple of reasons for this.
Payslips are created when the pay run gets finalised not when the payment is physically made. If there is a delay between the email being sent and the pay run being finalised or payment being made it could mean that you get the email but can’t view your payslip or see the cash appear in your account. Just wait 12-24 hours and see if this changes. If you still cant view your payslip or the cash in your account please contact the relevant person within your company or agency, they will be able to tell you when they run payroll and made the payment.
