Every time you run payroll, Paycircle will assess every employee and check for status changes. Paycircle will automatically enrol anyone who is newly eligible and manage opt-ins, opt-outs and postponements with ease.

Paycircle communicates status changes to both the employees and the pension provider directly and provides updates to the employer, bureau or pension manager via the Paycircle pension dashboard.

Paycircle stores copies of all communications sent to employees in the Paycircle ‘pension compliance centre’. Paycircle’s Pensions Manager also makes it easy to manage pension tax relief types, contribution basis types, contribution levels and company pension groups.

Communications and compliance

Paycircle automates all pension communications and keep a digital audit trail of everything that gets sent and received.

All communications get sent directly to employees by email and copies gets stored in the pension communication centre, for compliance. If an email bounces, Paycircle will alert you so that you can update the email address and resend the email - or mark on the employee’s record that the comms have been hand delivered or posted.

All records are kept for 6 years and are easy to access anytime. No need to stuff cabinets full of paper communications. Paycircle’s Pensions Manager provides a clear compliance trail, should you need to perform a workplace pension audit - a big tick in the box for compliance.

Organise a back payment

Next you’ll need to make up any missed contributions. If you are planning to use the minimum contribution amounts set by The Pensions Regulator, don’t forget to factor in the contribution rate percentages changes each year - to April 2019.
