What is it?
It’s called Paycircle and it revolutionises the way accountants handle clients’ payroll. It’s cloud-based software and everybody gets their own login. This means that, if an employee’s circumstances change, they can log into the portal themselves, update their details and all you have to do is log in yourself, give the changes a quick once over and you’re good to go. No more mind numbing data entry!
Your clients can put their own data directly into the system and the interface is so simple anybody can use it. All your clients’ data is stored in one place where everybody can see it and the information can be easily changed and updated. Our system also massively simplifies the new auto-enrolment stuff! It communicates directly with the pension provider (only compatible with NEST, to begin with) and transfers all contributions each month via direct debit so you don’t have to mess about with export files and the like.
Paycircle facilitates true collaboration between accountants, financial advisers, business owners and employees so that nobody feels out of the loop.
