We have now completed our integration with The People’s Pension and the automated communication channel for their workplace pension is now open and live in Paycircle. This is in addition to the direct integrations we already have in place with NEST and Smart Pensions.
Since the introduction of auto enrolment, transmitting payroll data to pension providers usually involves the generation of individual CSV files, logging into a pension portal and manually uploading the information. In a bureau running many hundreds of company payrolls and pensions, this repetitive process has placed a significant administrative burden on already busy professionals. But our new direct integration to The People’s Pension means that the typical bureau can automatically upload data and download information for their clients, saving precious minutes on every payroll processed.
For our existing customers, who have a People’s pension set up as their workplace pension provider, you don’t need to do a thing. We will be in contact with you directly to help you make the switch to managing workplace pension submissions and communications directly via The People’s Pension API. Whether you’re currently managing things manually or using the PensionSync platform, we will make sure that your pensions remain connected during the transition, without any interruption to payroll processing or your payroll or pension submissions.
