Paycircle then checks to see if anyone’s situation has changed (gone over one of the thresholds) once everyone has been assessed.
Paycircle then communicates any changes to both the employee and the pension provider with outputs to the Paycircle Pension Manager comms centre, the employee’s user portal update, and then produces a pension report - either talks directly to pension co or outputs a PAPDIS file.

This involves setting up a pension and looking back to the time of your staging date and enrolling everyone who would have been enrolled from that point onwards.
You also need to make up the missed contributions - If you are planning to use the minimum contribution amounts set by the pensions regulator, you need to be mindful of the dates that the contribution rate percentages change up until April 2019.
